BVMP End User Trainer (BVMP)
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
The primary role of the BVMP End User Trainer is to plan, organize, and perform activities to meet training objectives, provide end user support for key initiatives and support standard desktop software. Provide applications support, implementation, testing and troubleshooting.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Duty 1: Creates training curriculum and up-to-date training materials. Develops handouts, testing materials, and exercises for use with training.
Duty 2: Provides flexible training schedules to accommodate end-user needs.
Duty 3: Conducts on-site, web based, and classroom training for providers and front line staff utilizing a wide variety of principles and techniques. Evaluates training effectiveness to assure needs of end user is addressed.
Duty 4: Provides end-user support. Coordinates with others as necessary to address additional training needs of end user.
Duty 5: Communicates changes and upcoming opportunities for learning.
Duty 6: Interfaces with end users to resolve problems, determine best methods of solving issues, troubleshoot problems, etc.
Duty 7: Prepares for and participates in meetings with supervisors and others to provide status updates, describe upcoming requirements, outline areas of deficiencies, etc.
Duty 8: Maintains current technical knowledge as well as future technical knowledge. Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information that integrates with and will be developed into training program/materials.
Duty 9: Utilizes change management process for all system changes and monitors application roadmaps for updates.
Duty 10: Works with vendors on resolving issues and determining functionality requirements
Duty 11: Project Management for large projects, including creating project documentation, managing resources and deadlines and overcoming barriers for projects.
Duty 12: Liaison between end users and technical teams to ensure requirements, specifications and timelines are understood and accomplished.
Duty 13: Plans, organizes, and performs activities to meet training objectives, provides physician support for key initiatives and supports standard desktop software. Provides applications support, implementation, testing and troubleshooting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 1 to 3 years’ experience in training and development
A valid driver's license is required (if you do not have a valid Ohio driver’s license you must obtain one within one year of your residency in the state) and you must also meet BVHS's company fleet policy requirements
Experience in Microsoft Office training and support
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
A willingness to maintain the knowledge necessary to support a dynamic environment and a positive attitude
The ability to work independently and in a team environment
The ability to be on call
Well-developed time management and organizational skills
Self-motivation, the ability to work well under pressure, follow instructions and a willingness to accept responsibility
A professional appearance, poise and self-confidence
Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. This position is required to lift up to 50lbs.
